Help/ideas to fight parking ticket

I need help/ideas in fighting a parking ticket.

I am past the opportunity to oppose the ticket according to the 21 day schedule, so now I need to file a writ of prohibition/mandamus in the superior court

I need ideas, experience of others and suggestions.
